Ordering Online
1. What is the difference between your service and buying a suit at a local store or mall?
Buying clothes from us gives you the option of having your formal wear made to satisfy your detailed size and style preferences. You get to try on a draft version of your suit and tell us how you want it to fit before we finish it. Style and fashion advice from our experts comes with the package.
2. What items can I order online?
Suits, Shirts, Waste Coats, Top Coats, Tuxedos, Sports Jackets, Blazers, Trousers are all available for ordering online.
3. Where is the clothing made?
All of our clothing is hand crafted by our specialists inside our very own workshops in Hong Kong.
4. Is it possible to order different styles for my items?
Yes, that is the privilege of buying Custom Made Clothing. You can choose any of the provided styles for any clothing order.
5. How many different types of fabrics are available?
We hold over 20,000 different kinds of fabrics.
6. How often are new fabrics available?
Every couple of months new fabrics come in from around the globe, Empire only selects the best ones to use.
7. Is it possible to order different colored cuffs or collars?
Yes, any color can be chosen for collars and cuffs. In fact that is a very elegant look in the contemporary fashion world.

2. Do your shirts have removable or permanent stays?
We normally use permanent stays, but upon request we can arrange removable stays.
3. How much do your suits cost?
$399 to $5000 depending on the quality of the fabric. Free items are given in package deal purchases. For overseas purchases import duties, shipping costs, and taxes are not included in these prices.

2. Should I get measured every time I order something new?
Unless you have gained or lost weight, you do not have to get re-measured. We keep your measurements on file.
3. I just ordered something from you. Can I order something online without getting measured?
Yes, we will proceed with the measurements of your previous order. If you have gained or lost weight, you may email us and we will assist you on how to proceed with your online order.
4. I have a question about my order. Can I talk to someone at your office?
Please see our contact us page. Email us your question with your name and phone number and we will call or email you right away.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on the size of your order, about 10 weeks. If you order more than one suit or shirt, we divide the order into separated packages. In the first 2-3 weeks we send one suit and one shirt, to see if it fits you well. We emphasize on precision and quality over speed and rush when it comes to crafting quality clothing.
6. Can I bring a friend to my fitting?
Yes, you are most welcome to bring friends and family to the fitting.
7. How are you different than other custom tailors?
Our customers get to enjoy the quality and art of the well-known traditional Hong Kong tailoring methods. All of our clothing is crafted in our workshops located inside Hong Kong. Unlike most other tailors who have shifted their production to mass factories across the border in china, in attempts to increase profits and manufacturing.
Each of our suits/shirts is taken care of with full attention and our workshops function in the most organized and careful manner imaginable. Our master tailors have been with us for over 3 decades, and are skilled with their precise, artistic, and high quality craftsmanship.
